Assist the OD department in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of OD initiatives/programs/processes that support organizational objectives and that are aligned with the organization’s business strategy. Main projects include international recruitment, employee engagement surveys and initiatives, performance management system design and development, change management, human resource information system, and employee suggestion program.
Assist in reviewing and adapting the on-going OD strategy to meet current organizational needs and/or to respond to change requirements.
Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and presentations delivered by the OD department to executive leaders, senior managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Assist in conducting needs assessments, surveys, and interviews to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall organizational performance.
Consult with the management team on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
Have at least 2 years of experience in organization development, training and development, human resources, or related field.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Have knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g. SPSS, R, SAS) is beneficial.
Collect, manage, and analyze data, all of which require strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Show familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research
Have strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
Have strong communication skills in Khmer and English.
Have strong attention to detail.
Have strong analytical skills.
Have ability to think creatively and indicatively.
Have ability to prioritize and manage changes.
Have ability to work under pressure.
