• Perform regular call and visit to customers to pursue sales opportunities.
• Submit call reports as specified by company and ensure timely report submission.
• Develop a good relationship with customers to understand their business needs.
• Develop customer profile’s database
• Develop and maintain competitive analysis program.
• Monitor customer retention, develop “customer loyalty” program that will increase the frequency and volume of purchase.
• Development of sales forecasts and business plans for each assigned customer.
• Perform market surveys to assess necessary information such as company sales and market position, customer satisfaction and requirements.
• Prepare all necessary sales documents and aids such as brochures, posters, promotion materials.
• Complete all reporting requirements as directed in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Attend regular meeting (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Attend the training
• Provide weekly report on every Friday evening to Sales Manager
• Provide monthly business plan summit to Head of Sales and Marketing
• Achieve the KPI Sales given
• Execute the selling life cycle (Customer Inquiry, Negotiation, Deal, Delivery on Time Payment)
• Present and share product knowledge through meeting, sharing knowledge session or presentation to customer
• To find the potential market information
• Finding the new customer and maintain the existing customers.
• Assist in payment collection.
• Execute the sales strategy given by Sales Manager
- Has experience as sale out door at least 2 years ( with air compressor, generator or heavy equipment is preferable)
- Good communication, negotiation, problem solving skill
- Be able to communicate in English and other languages is plus
- Good team work and integrity, hard working,and willing to work for long term (at least one year)
