Mission: he/she is in charge of the cost management of the recipes and the in/out products. He is controlling the management of the storage and he/she is helping the production center to elaborate production report sheet. Guaranty the control of the food cost
The cost controller is in charge of the CPU and outlets cost management. He/she is in charge of all the cost control from receiving area, stock control inside and outside CPU and outlets.
He/she will record on daily basis the information and production control reports to help maintaining a suitable inventory.
He/she is reporting directly to the accounting department.
• Participate at the stock take at the CPU and restaurants
• Arrange surprise spot check at the outlets and CPU
• Check the receiving goods with storekeeper and CPU staff to ensure that the weights of goods are correct and quality is fitting with requests.
• Check and ensure that goods aren’t issued out from the store without requisition or approval form from the respective department.
• Assist and support the CPU in the management of the stock
• Check and review filled requisition and ensure that goods are not issued more than requested.
• He/she is in charge of the return products from outlets. He/she will produce a report with the full amount of products returned vs the reports generated by outlets.
• He/she will help to record the daily report production. It will help to define the daily production consumption versus the return products and stock requisition
• He /she will be in charge of the control of the cost recipes and will review with inventory team the goods prices fluctuation in order to correct recipes cost.
• Purchasing: record daily purchase transaction in the excel spreadsheet and make sure they are accurate. Produce statistical reports that make the management to make a properly informed decision. Assists Finance Controller if there is an indication of fraud involving purchase.
• Run an analysis on the inventory consumption levels (economic quantity ordering), if required.
• Work on the other tasks as assigned by Finance Controller.
Advanced Excel user
At least 3 years experience in cost in F&B and/or factory
Good interpersonal skills
Problem solving and flexible
